Yes, but it has been a few years ago. I love to fly fish for native trout. I always fished small streams. Hiking miles to fish until I got sick. Now is the time for Ga. streams.

“ Have you narrowed down the quary down? I got to thinking about The rod question and Guessing that the hooch and maybe some lake fishing for bass, a 9' 6wt (4pc easy to pack)will cast poppers, wooly buggers... and fight the wind well. Do you prefer mid flex or fast rods?
